Terms of use

What workfinds.app is

workfinds.app collects job listings that companies publish on their own career pages and applicant tracking systems, and lets you search them, save searches, get alerts, and keep track of your applications. By using the site you agree to these terms.

workfinds.app is run by kevinesg.dev, an independent developer based in Quezon City, Philippines. We are not an employer, a recruiter, or an agent of any company listed. You apply on the company's own site, and any application or employment is between you and that company.

Job listings

• Listings come from public sources and change without notice. A job may be closed, changed, or described differently on its source. Always confirm the details there before applying.
• Locations, work arrangements, salaries, and country eligibility are shown as the source states them. We do not verify them and do not guarantee that you are eligible for a job.
• Company ratings and profile details come from third parties and are shown for information only.
• We do not check employers. Be careful with any listing that asks for money or personal documents before an offer, and tell us about it at support@workfinds.app.

Your account

• You need to be at least 18 years old to create an account. You confirm this yourself when you sign in; we do not check identity documents. If we learn that an account belongs to someone younger, we delete it.
• An account is for one person. Keep access to your email and sign-in methods secure.
• You can delete your account at any time on the account page. Our privacy policy says what happens to your data.

What you save

Your notes, tracked applications, and resumes stay yours. You allow us to store and process them only to provide the features you use. A funnel you choose to share is public to anyone who has its link. The link keeps showing its last figures, with nothing that identifies you, after its job search or your account is deleted, unless you have it removed: when you delete your account, or by writing to us.

Save only files and notes that you have the right to save. Do not upload harmful files or other people's personal data.

The resume check points out what common applicant tracking systems may fail to read. It is general information, not professional advice, and does not promise an interview or a job.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• use robots, scrapers or other automated tools on the site, beyond what our robots.txt allows the crawler you run;
• download or copy listings, company profiles or search results in bulk, by hand or by machine;
• use what you copy from the site to build or feed another job board, app, data set or AI model, or sell it or pass it on. Search engines and AI assistants that follow our robots.txt may index pages and answer questions with a link back;
• overload the site, or get around its request limits, blocks or other technical limits, for example by rotating addresses or hiding what your tool is;
• interfere with its security or with other people's use of it;
• use the site to break the law, or to harass, deceive, or collect data about others;
• create accounts to take a one-time offer more than once.

You are welcome to link to any page, share a job, and use the site for your own job search.

If you break these rules we may limit, block or close your access. Automated copying may be blocked without notice. Otherwise, unless it is urgent, we tell you by email first and say why, and you can reply to ask us to look again. If we close an account that has a paid plan, cancel the subscription in the store, and ask the store about a refund. You can stop using workfinds.app and delete your account at any time.

Paid plans

The site is free to use today. Paid plans, when they launch, will be sold only in our mobile apps, as subscriptions through Apple's App Store or Google Play:

• plans are monthly or annual. The app shows the price for your country, with tax where it applies, before you buy, and the store takes the payment;
• both plans start with a 7-day free trial, once per Apple or Google account;
• unless you cancel before the trial or the current period ends, the store charges you and the plan renews for the same period, at the price then in force. The store may need up to 24 hours' notice;
• you can cancel at any time in the App Store or Google Play subscription settings. You keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting your workfinds.app account does not cancel a subscription;
• if a price changes, the store tells you in advance and you can cancel before it applies;
• refunds: for a purchase from Apple, ask Apple. For a purchase from Google Play, ask Google first; if Google refers you to us, write to support@workfinds.app. We do not refund a period that has started, except where the law gives you that right. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have 14 days to change your mind; the store handles that request;
• a subscription bought in an app also unlocks paid features on this site when you sign in to the same account.

If a plan ends, nothing you saved is deleted. You keep your saved searches, followed companies and saved resumes, but you cannot add more than the free plan allows. Alerts continue for your oldest saved searches and followed companies, up to the free plan's number of each; the others are paused. They start again if you subscribe again, or if you switch alerts off for, or delete, one that is still active. The autofill extension stops filling forms three days after a plan ends; your profile stays in it until you delete it. Your tracker stays readable, and you can delete it at any time or ask us for a copy of what your account holds; adding to it or changing it, its funnel and job-closed alerts need a paid plan again. Share links you already made keep working.

Ownership

Job postings belong to the employers who published them, and company names and logos to their owners; they are shown to identify the jobs. We do not claim them; to reuse a posting, go to its source. What is ours is the site, its design and its software, and the work we add: how listings are collected, cleaned, grouped, matched to companies and organised, the company profiles we compile, and the collection as a whole. The rules under "Acceptable use" protect that work. If you believe something here infringes your rights, or you represent a company and want a listing corrected or removed, write to support@workfinds.app.

No guarantees

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, that a listing is accurate or still open, or that using it will get you a job.

We are responsible for loss we cause on purpose or through serious carelessness, and for anything else the law does not let us exclude. Beyond that, we are not responsible for losses we could not have foreseen, for a job you did or did not get, or for what an employer does. If you pay for a plan, our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months, where the law allows such a limit. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Changes and closing

We may change the site or these terms. When a change matters, we will say so on this page and tell account holders by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you can delete your account and cancel any subscription before then. If we ever close the service, we will give account holders notice so they can ask for a copy of their data.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws that apply where the operator of workfinds.app is established. That does not take away the consumer protections you have under the law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Please write to us first; most problems can be solved by email: support@workfinds.app.
